Amazon Associates Dashboard Pro ("the Extension") is a browser extension designed to help Amazon Associates affiliates monitor their sales data in real-time. This privacy policy explains how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data.
Important: All data is stored locally using Chrome's Storage API. Nothing is ever transmitted to our servers because we don't have any servers.
The extension operates entirely within your browser:
All communication happens directly between your browser and Amazon. We are not in the middle.
The extension requests the following permissions and here's exactly why:
Schedules automatic checks for new sales data every 15 minutes (configurable). No data is transmitted.
Displays browser notifications when new sales are detected. Notifications are generated locally.
Reads your existing Amazon Associates session cookies to authenticate API requests. We don't create, modify, or transmit cookies.
Stores cached sales data, license key, and preferences in your browser's local storage. Data never leaves your device.
Injects scripts into Amazon Associates pages to intercept API requests and capture authentication headers. This is necessary to make authenticated requests to Amazon's API.
Manages browser tabs to open/refresh the Amazon Associates page when needed for authentication. Required for background data fetching.
Allows the extension to access only the Amazon Associates Brazil domain. This is the ONLY external domain the extension communicates with, and it's Amazon's official domain.
The extension communicates directly with Amazon's official API at associados.amazon.com.br. All requests are made using your existing authentication. We comply with Amazon Associates Terms of Service.
For PRO license purchases, we use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe may collect payment information according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your full credit card details.
We don't use analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), tracking pixels, or any other third-party services.

The extension is intended for Amazon Associates affiliates who are 18+ years old. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone (including children) because we don't collect data at all.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Major changes will be announced in the extension update notes.
Currently, the extension only supports Amazon Associates Brazil. Future versions will support additional countries. Regardless of region, our privacy-first approach remains the same: zero data collection.
We believe in transparency. The extension's code can be reviewed by examining the Chrome Web Store package. We have nothing to hide because we don't collect anything.

This extension works like a personal assistant that lives in your browser. It helps you check your Amazon Associates dashboard automatically, but it never reports back to us. We literally cannot see your sales data, earnings, or any other information because it never leaves your browser.
Think of it like a calculator app on your phone - it does calculations for you, but the calculator company doesn't know what numbers you're crunching. Same principle here.
